How Threadway Studio collects, uses and looks after your personal information.

Who we are

Threadway Studio is a creative production studio. The business is Threadway Studio Limited. Our address is 52 to 56 Standard Road, London NW10 6EU.

We are the controller of the personal information described here. If you have a question about it, email contact@threadwaystudio.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you give us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number if you add it, the type of project, your budget and date if you add them, and your message. The quick enquiry form asks for the type of project, your email address and the page you sent it from. The newsletter form asks for your email address.

If we work together, we keep the information needed to run your project, such as your contact details, the brief, shoot plans and invoices.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to plan and deliver your project, to send the newsletter you signed up for, and to keep the records a business has to keep.

We rely on your consent when you contact us or sign up for the newsletter, on our legitimate interest in running the studio, on a contract when we work together, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the studio, such as our email, website and content providers, and with crew we bring onto your project when they need it.

We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. We keep project records for as long as the law requires, usually 6 years for financial records. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

Under data protection law in the United Kingdom you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, limit or object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To do any of these, email contact@threadwaystudio.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies to track you. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when something changes. Last updated: 14 October 2026.
